SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill requires node, and includes references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill bridges the gap between your physical brain state and your digital workspace, allowing the AI to understand your focus, stress, and cognitive load in real-time to provide context-aware support.

Core Features & Use Cases

Cognitive Monitoring: Tracks focus, relaxation, and cognitive load using EEG data from BCI wearables.
Proactive Intervention: Suggests evidence-based protocols like breathing exercises or focus resets when it detects fatigue or stress.
Use Case: If you are struggling to concentrate on a complex coding task, the agent detects your rising theta-beta ratio and suggests a 90-second neurofeedback anchor to help you regain your flow state.

Quick Start

Ask the agent to check your current focus and cognitive state using the neuroskill status command.

Frequently Asked Questions about neuroskill-bci

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I monitor my cognitive load and focus using EEG data in real-time?▼

Real-time cognitive load and focus monitoring using EEG data requires a compatible BCI wearable and the local NeuroSkill desktop application to stream biometric metrics directly to the AI agent.

What is neurofeedback and how does it help with stress regulation during complex tasks?▼

Neurofeedback uses EEG and PPG metrics to detect rising stress or cognitive fatigue, allowing the AI to suggest evidence-based protocols like 90-second breathing exercises or focus resets for stress regulation.

Do I need a specific BCI wearable to track biometric states with this setup?▼

Yes, you need a compatible BCI wearable and the local NeuroSkill desktop application to stream biometric data, as the system relies on these devices to capture EEG and PPG metrics for tracking focus and relaxation.

Can I use Node.js to integrate brain-computer interface data for adaptive AI assistance?▼

Yes, Node.js is a required dependency to integrate real-time brain-computer interface data, enabling the AI to understand your focus, stress, and cognitive load for context-aware adaptive support.

Why does my AI assistant suggest focus resets when I struggle to concentrate?▼

The AI suggests focus resets because it detects your rising theta-beta ratio through EEG data, indicating fatigue or concentration loss, and proactively recommends neurofeedback anchors to regain your flow state.

What are the limitations of using biometric data for sleep analysis and performance tracking?▼

Performance tracking and sleep analysis through biometric data are limited by the accuracy of EEG and PPG metrics from your BCI wearable, requiring continuous streaming via the local desktop application for reliable interpretation.
