Folder Scaffolding: Generates the canonical skill structure with scripts, references, resources, and assets.
Wiring & Packaging: Sets up symbol links and packaging scripts to publish to Claude.ai.

Quick Start

Say "New skill called X" and the wizard will bootstrap the skeleton, wire it up, and push to main.
