What problem does it solve?
nomia provides a self-contained governance toolkit to record and manage delivery governance artifacts such as intake, owner, due date, status, stakeholders, roadmap, feature map, portfolio, release notes, internal notes, replanning, governance rfcs, decision logs, and roadmap-to-mago handoff, while avoiding architecture decisions, Magia execution records, or code deployments.
