Note Graph keeps your navigable representation of memory and docs up to date by regenerating the graph whenever content changes, and only notifies on meaningful changes.

- Run an extractor to generate notegraph.json and docs/notegraph.md and docs/notegraph.html from memory/ and docs/, with silent behavior when nothing changed.
