What problem does it solve?

Onboarding a new Beza client automates the repetitive setup steps: pulling the kickoff meeting transcription from Drive (bezajobs), creating a standard Notion dashboard under Beza OS with default pages, and provisioning a local folder at clientes/[slug]/ while updating _contexto/empresa.md.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Pull kickoff transcription from Drive and extract client context (sector, key contacts, deliverables, critical rules, differentiators, next steps)
  • Create or update a standard Notion dashboard with two sections: Projeto and Perfil da Cliente, including the subsections described in the workflow
  • Initialize a local folder structure clientes/[slug]/ with an index file and links to the Notion/ClickUp sources, without duplicating content
  • Update _contexto/empresa.md to include the new client in the active clients list

Quick Start

Onboard a new Beza client by saying the trigger phrase and providing the client name so the system can start the automated flow
