What problem does it solve?
Orchestrates Claude Code and Codex agents within NTM/tmux sessions where the session name matches the project and the repo path is /data/projects/<session>.

- Session management: spawn, kill, and reset sessions containing multiple agent panes across Claude and Codex.
- Targeted messaging: send prompts to individual panes or broadcast to all Claude or Codex panes.
- Bead mode & supervision: enter bead mode, run bead supervisor, monitor progress, and respond to pane states.
- State detection: leverage a structured pane-state detector (pane-detect.py) to classify idle, working, question, error, and rate-limited states.
- Quick-start workflows: coordinate initial task setup, context resets, and task handoffs across a project workspace.
