FAQPage Schema

How do I generate C4 architecture diagrams from existing design documents?▼

You can generate C4 architecture diagrams by providing design documents as input, specifying the desired diagram type and format, and the Skill will render context, container, or component visuals automatically.

What is the best way to keep Mermaid and PlantUML architecture visuals up to date?▼

Keeping Mermaid and PlantUML architecture visuals up to date is achieved by auto-generating diagrams directly from current design documents, ensuring visuals accurately reflect the latest system boundaries and design decisions.

Can I create C4 context, container, and component diagrams using Mermaid?▼

Yes, you can create C4 context, container, and component diagrams using Mermaid, PlantUML, or C4 formats, enabling flexible visualization to communicate architecture to stakeholders and developers.

Does this auto-generation process support PlantUML for communicating system architecture?▼

Yes, the auto-generation process supports PlantUML, Mermaid, and C4 formats, validating outputs and delivering final diagrams to effectively communicate system architecture to operators and developers.

Why do my manually created architecture diagrams get out of date so quickly?▼

Manually created architecture diagrams get out of date because they require manual updates, whereas auto-generating visuals from design documents ensures architecture representations stay synchronized with the actual system design.
