Consolidates multiple NYC Open Data lookups into a single, comprehensive property report, reducing manual data gathering and synthesis errors.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Orchestrates six NYC data domains (Landmarks, DOB permits, DOB violations, ACRIS, HPD, and BSA) into a single markdown property report.
  • Accepts Address, BBL, or BIN inputs and resolves to a consistent identifier for querying all datasets.
  • Outputs a Markdown file named property-{address-slug}.md with structured sections for identification, landmarks, permits, violations, ACRIS records, HPD data, and BSA variances.
  • Uses NYC Open Data sources with no API key required, enabling quick, offline-friendly workflows for architecture and real-estate analysis.
  • Individual domain lookups can be run standalone for targeted investigations.

Quick Start

Install the nyc-property-report skill and run it with an address, a BBL, or a BIN to generate the complete property report.
