What problem does it solve?

It eliminates the time-consuming manual work of finding official New Zealand business details by name or NZBN, and turning register pages into usable facts for an agent workflow.

Core Features & Use Cases

Search by business name or NZBN text: returns candidate entities with key identity fields suitable for downstream matching.
Exact lookup by 13-digit NZBN: fetches public entity details including status/type, trading names, source-register identifiers, and addresses/websites when available.
Machine-readable output: supports JSON output for reliable chaining, comparisons, and structured reporting.
Use case: when you need to confirm the official identity of a company before checking other sources, you can search for a name, select the most likely NZBN, and then lookup the exact record for authoritative fields.
