Obsidian notes become outdated as decisions and milestones accumulate; this skill ensures persistent, auditable memory by writing key decisions, milestones, and durable rules back to the vault.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Writes decisions to 01-Memory/decisions-YYYY-MM-DD.md with structured entries including time, decision, rationale, and agent.
  • Logs project milestones to 02-Projects/<project-name>.md with date and status, and appends durable feedback rules to 01-Memory/agent-feedback.md.
  • Integrates with the Obsidian CLI to create or append notes and includes a post-write step to ingest memory into the KB for search.

Quick Start

In your AI session, confirm an architectural decision or milestone and run the Obsidian logging flow to persist it to the vault, then ingest memory.
