Aligning team efforts with strategic intent is hard. This skill helps you translate strategy into clear, measurable quarterly objectives and key results.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Translate strategy into 1-3 Objectives per team, each with 3-5 outcome-based Key Results.
  • Distinguish between Committed OKRs (must hit) and Aspirational OKRs (stretch) and apply CFR checks for weekly conversations, feedback, and recognition.
