Core Features & Use Cases

Activation spec design with measurable milestones and a clear funnel.
First-30-seconds design and milestone-based onboarding plan to minimize time-to-value.
Comprehensive measurement, experimentation, and risk documentation to iteratively improve activation.

Quick Start

Describe your activation goal and current funnel, then generate a milestone-based onboarding plan with a 30-second first-value design.

FAQPage Schema

How do I design an onboarding flow that accelerates user activation?▼

Design an onboarding flow by mapping your funnel and defining milestone-based activation plans. This generates a first-30-seconds design and in-app UX specs to minimize time-to-value for web and mobile apps.

What is the best way to reduce time-to-value in a PLG signup funnel?▼

Reduce time-to-value in a PLG funnel by establishing a clear activation spec with measurable milestones. This approach outputs a milestone plan and experiment backlog to systematically resolve activation lag.

Can I use milestone-based activation planning for a B2B mobile app?▼

Why does activation lag happen during the onboarding process?▼

Activation lag happens when onboarding fails to quickly guide users to their first-value moment. You can address this by auditing your current flow and generating an activation spec with a first-30-seconds design to unlock value faster.

What do I need to start optimizing my product activation flow?▼
