SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This Skill enables EUCORA to ingest and correlate Digital Employee Experience data from the 1E DEX platform, providing a unified view of device health, boot performance, user sentiment, and sustainability metrics.

Core Features & Use Cases

DEX data integration: Connects to 1E DEX (TeamViewer DEX) APIs and streams device-level metrics into EUCORA dashboards.
Boot time and sentiment monitoring: Tracks startup performance and user sentiment across endpoints to drive optimization.
Green IT metrics: Aggregates carbon footprint and power usage for sustainability reporting.
Use Case: Build a DEX dashboard that benchmarks boot times and sentiment by department to identify performance bottlenecks.

Quick Start

Connect the 1E DEX provider in your environment, configure the server URL and authentication, and run a sync to populate device metrics into EUCORA.

FAQPage Schema

How do I integrate 1E DEX data into EUCORA for employee experience monitoring?▼

1E DEX integration connects your 1E platform APIs to EUCORA, streaming device-level metrics including boot time, sentiment, and carbon footprint into unified dashboards. Configure server URL and authentication, then run a sync to populate device metrics automatically.

Can I track boot time and user sentiment across endpoints with DEX data?▼

Yes. DEX integration aggregates startup performance and user sentiment metrics across all endpoints, enabling you to benchmark by department and identify performance bottlenecks driving optimization priorities.

What Green IT metrics does 1E DEX integration provide?▼

The integration captures carbon footprint and power usage data from endpoints, allowing you to aggregate sustainability metrics for environmental reporting and compliance across your device fleet.

What authentication and access requirements does DEX integration need?▼

DEX integration requires API access to your 1E DEX provider and valid authentication credentials configured in your EUCORA environment before syncing device telemetry and metrics.

Can I build departmental dashboards comparing DEX boot performance and sentiment?▼

Yes. Once synced, DEX device metrics populate EUCORA dashboards where you can benchmark boot times and sentiment by department to surface performance gaps and optimization opportunities.

Does DEX integration work with TeamViewer DEX platforms?▼

Yes. The integration connects to 1E DEX (TeamViewer DEX) APIs, enabling unified device health, boot performance, user sentiment, and sustainability metrics across your endpoint environment.
