What problem does it solve?
It helps Outreach teams stop guessing by evaluating which DM openers are actually generating replies and which ones are underperforming.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Weekly opener performance review: Runs when DM volume is high enough to trust the signal (weekly when >30 DMs/week).
- Statistical retirement of low performers: Flags openers for retirement after they reach 50 sends with low reply rates.
- Pattern-driven iteration: Identifies dominant patterns across top performers (question vs statement, specificity, reference type, and length) to generate the next opener to test.
- Testing queue updates: Updates the Outreach Agent so subsequent sends reflect the newly learned winning patterns.
Quick Start
Ask the AI to run the opener-batch-audit and review opener_stats.json to retire losing openers and propose the next opener iteration based on reply-rate patterns.
