SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

💡 This Skill includes assets (resource) and references (resource) components.

What problem does it solve?

This Skill helps financial institutions proactively plan for and assess operational resilience, ensuring they can withstand and recover from severe disruptions.

Core Features & Use Cases

Identify Critical Services: Define and categorize important business services (IBS).
Set Impact Tolerances: Establish maximum acceptable disruption levels for IBS.
Map Resources & Dependencies: Understand critical people, technology, and third-party links.
Scenario Testing: Design and execute severe but plausible disruption scenarios.
Gap Analysis & Remediation: Identify weaknesses and plan improvements.
Use Case: A bank needs to ensure its core payment processing service can remain available within a 4-hour tolerance during a major cyberattack. This Skill will help them identify the resources supporting the service, test recovery under a simulated attack scenario, and highlight any gaps in their current resilience capabilities.
