It removes the manual effort of scanning many active opportunities to find what you should do next, so you get a single, date-sorted backlog of next actions.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Combined backlog rollup: Aggregates next actions across all active opportunities into one table with traceable opportunity IDs.
- Deterministic sorting: Orders rows by next_action_date (earliest first, empty last) and then by priority (P0 to P2) without guessing missing values.
- Configurable inclusion: Can optionally include future_desired entries when they have next_action set, ensuring you only roll up actionable items.
