What problem does it solve?

The top-level subject-agnostic grading orchestrator reads START.md, resolves scope, and dispatches grading leaves in DAG order, enabling consistent evaluation across subjects.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Reads START.md to determine scope (subject, year, optional reference year, optional groundtruth), skip-list, and options, then dispatches to the leaf skills in DAG order.
• Resolves runtime scope from the workspace layout (data/masked_data and data/subjects) to support subject-neutral grading across multiple subjects.
• Coordinates with policy and leaf-level grading rules; supports forced re-runs via [x!] and resume-safe operation via Skip-if-satisfied.

Quick Start

Run the orchestrator in a workspace containing START.md and subject data; it will resolve scope from the workspace structure and dispatch each phase to the appropriate leaf skill.
