What problem does it solve?

It removes the overhead of manually setting up a new OS-Intelligence workspace by creating the correct folder structure, initializing the project’s context and outputs scaffolding, and linking people and company records.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Creates a full project scaffold: Generates the required directory tree, seed README files, and a ready-to-edit context/current-state.md.
  • Populates project identity artifacts: Writes a project-specific CLAUDE.md that points to the right context and workspace structure.
  • Links stakeholders and updates indexes: Adds/links the user, optionally links an existing company and existing contacts, creates new contact profiles, and updates projects.md plus related people/company tables.

Quick Start

Ask Claude to run os-new-project to create a new project folder, populate CLAUDE.md and context/current-state.md, and register the project in projects.md.
