Outline wiki/knowledge-base administration for kodemeio infrastructure, enabling unified management of multiple Outline instances via profiles (outline.kodeme.io, etc.). It consolidates controls for documents, collections, users, groups, shares, comments, events, search, sync, stars, templates, revisions, attachments, tokens, health monitoring, and dashboards, enabling consistent governance through the kctl-outline CLI.
