Converts a backlog of overdue Attio tasks into concise, personalized follow-up drafts so a user can clear follow-up debt with controlled, per-contact approval and minimal manual writing.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Personalized follow-ups: Fetches linked records and recent notes to generate 4–6 sentence messages in the LeadGrow voice, referencing the last meaningful interaction.
  • Interactive approval & safety: Presents drafts one at a time for approve, edit, skip, or mark complete and never sends or queues messages without explicit user confirmation.
  • Bulk and export modes: Supports bulk-approve to process many contacts silently and an export dry-run to generate all drafts to a file for offline review.
  • Use cases: Morning pipeline review, weekly cleanup, catching up on stalled deals, or generating a batch of outreach drafts for a sales owner.
