What problem does it solve?
Creating a presentation from a research paper is time-consuming and error-prone when consolidating figures, tables, and equations. This skill automates the process by generating a ready-to-deliver PPTX deck from Marker outputs or raw PDFs, preserving content order and metadata.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Generate a PowerPoint deck with a title slide (paper title, authors, APA citation, DOI, abstract) followed by one slide per figure, table, and equation.
- Accepts Marker-converted folders or direct PDFs, enabling one-paper or multi-paper batch decks.
- Optional modes include excluding tables and/or equations, or enabling experimental figure-caption capture for richer slides.
- Use Case: a researcher wants to share a summarized, presentation-ready version of a paper with colleagues in minutes.
Quick Start
Create a PPTX deck from a Marker output directory or a PDF by running the provided wrapper script.
