What problem does it solve?

Paper-reading-quick-brief helps researchers quickly decide whether to deep-read a full academic paper by producing a structured decision-focused “quick brief” from the paper’s full text.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Structured paper triage: Extracts research question, methodology, key findings, and contributions in a consistent format for go/no-go decisions.
  • Evidence-aware analysis: Separates stated claims from the model’s inference and flags missing information rather than guessing.
  • Personal relevance scoring: Rates relevance as high/medium/low relative to the user’s research direction and highlights overlap/mismatch.
  • Reading prioritization: Recommends whether to read in depth and specifies which sections to prioritize (e.g., method, experiments, discussion, appendix).

Quick Start

Use the skill by pasting the full paper text and adding your research focus so it can output a triage quick brief with a deep-read recommendation.
