This Skill helps users notice and reflect on repeating interpersonal patterns across multiple relationships by using concrete historical events and the user's own words so the insight feels self-discovered rather than diagnosed.

• Multi-phase, safety-first flow: captures and stabilizes emotion before any pattern presentation, with strict frequency and cooling rules to avoid harm.
• Pattern matching and evidence-first presentation: compares current conversation snippets with historical people/*.md records using a pattern engine and presents only event-based matches (time/trigger/reaction).
• Operational integrations: reads and writes the user's ## 模式日志 in user profile, can run pattern_engine.py and growth_tracker.py for structure, and optionally generates Canvas timeline or comparison cards to visualize matches.
• Use case: When a user describes relationship pain for the third time, invoke the Skill to gently mirror similar past events and ask guiding questions that help the user integrate the insight safely.
