FAQPage Schema

What is structured thinking for complex problem-solving?▼

Structured thinking for complex problem-solving is a systematic approach to analysis and decision-making. It integrates critical evaluation, diverge-converge brainstorming, and deep questioning to generate ideas and uncover hidden risks.

How do I brainstorm solutions for a new feature request?▼

To brainstorm solutions for a new feature request, use deep questioning to understand user needs and constraints. Then apply a diverge-converge framework to generate options and systematically narrow them to viable solutions.

Can I use critical evaluation to detect flaws in technical proposals?▼

Yes, you can use critical evaluation to rigorously analyze technical proposals and claims. This framework helps detect underlying assumptions, evaluate viability, and identify potential flaws before implementation.

What is the best way to uncover hidden requirements during analysis?▼

The best way to uncover hidden requirements during analysis is through deep questioning frameworks. This layered inquiry method systematically exposes underlying constraints, risks, and unstated needs within complex decision-making.

Does this structured thinking approach work for evaluating software design decisions?▼

Yes, this structured thinking approach works for evaluating software design decisions. It provides comprehensive analysis frameworks to assess proposals, uncover constraints, and refine ideas for complex solution design.
