SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

Vision, Strategy, Objectives, and Metrics formulation and mapping are complex and error-prone; teams need a repeatable, auditable process to convert organizational context and SA analyses into a fully linked VSOM and BSC artefact.

Core Features & Use Cases

VSOM formulation following VSOM-ONT v3.0.0 with BSC operationalisation from BSC-ONT v1.0.0, central node in the VE chain.
Consumes ORG-CONTEXT and SA analysis, produces vsom:Vision, vsom:Strategy[], vsom:StrategicObjective[], bsc:BalancedScorecard, and bsc:StrategyMap JSON-LD entities.
Outputs are intended for downstream activation and governance; supports MECE checks, traceability, and ready-to-publish JSON-LD.

Quick Start

Provide org context and SA analyses, then run the VSOM workflow to generate the VSOM and BSC JSON-LD artifacts.

Frequently Asked Questions about pfc-vsom

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I generate a Balanced Scorecard and strategy map from organizational context?▼

Generating a Balanced Scorecard and strategy map from organizational context requires formulating linked Vision, Strategy, Objectives, and Metrics. This workflow consumes your org context and SA analysis to output ready-to-publish BSC and Strategy Map JSON-LD artifacts.

What is the best way to map strategic objectives to KPI cascades using JSON-LD?▼

Mapping strategic objectives to KPI cascades using JSON-LD involves a structured VSOM formulation that traces objectives to metrics. The workflow applies MECE checks and outputs vsom:StrategicObjective and bsc:BalancedScorecard JSON-LD entities for governance.

Can I use situational analysis outputs to create a VSOM and BSC automatically?▼

Yes, you can use situational analysis outputs to create a VSOM and BSC. The workflow consumes SA analysis alongside ORG-CONTEXT to formulate Vision, Strategy, Objectives, and Metrics, operationalizing them into BSC JSON-LD artifacts.

Does this strategy formulation approach support MECE checks and traceability?▼

Yes, this strategy formulation approach supports MECE checks and traceability. It processes VSOM and BSC mapping to ensure strategic objectives and metrics are mutually exclusive, collectively exhaustive, and fully traceable for governance.

What inputs do I need to produce Vision, Strategy, Objectives, and Metrics JSON-LD?▼

To produce Vision, Strategy, Objectives, and Metrics JSON-LD, you need to provide organizational context and upstream macro or industry SA analyses. These inputs drive the formulation of vsom:Vision, vsom:Strategy, and bsc:BalancedScorecard JSON-LD entities.
