What problem does it solve?

Scaffold the development workflow for a new phase by automating routine scaffolding tasks and ensuring consistency across the repository.

Core Features & Use Cases

  • Parse arguments: Extract the phase number and goal from input.
  • Update ROADMAP.md: Append a new phase section following the existing format with proper header, goal, tasks, and verification.
  • Create feature branch: Create or switch to a branch named feature/phase{N}-{kebab-case-title}.
  • Create TDD test shell: Generate a Vitest-based test skeleton under apps/frontend/src/tests/phase{N}/ with task stubs.
  • Print summary: Output the phase number, branch name, test file locations, and task count for quick verification.
