What problem does it solve?
This Skill helps the Main Agent decide when Phase 6 is structurally complete and what routing action should be taken, by evaluating latest phase 6 drafts, per-section pins, and related summaries to produce a PASS or NEEDS-REWORK verdict along with a routing advisory.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Structural validation: checks that the latest paper draft exists, that pins for sections are present and ordered correctly, and that required supporting documents are available.
- Traceability and routing: ensures claim-evidence traces, anchor-consistency, and summarization anchors are in place to justify routing to Phase 5 Case C or Case B.
- Operational output: returns a machine-friendly PASS/NEEDS-REWORK with a per-section status, a consolidated routing table, and guidance for next steps in the workflow.
