SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

This skill solves the problem of agentic drift and unreliable code execution by enforcing a strict, evidence-based, multi-stage orchestration process for implementing software changes.

Core Features & Use Cases

Evidence-First Execution: Mandates that every claim of completion is backed by fresh, verifiable command output, preventing false positives.
Structural Verification: Implements a rigorous verification pyramid including TDD, mechanical scans, and conceptual self-checks to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Use Case: Use this skill to execute complex, multi-phase feature requests where you need to ensure that implementation, testing, and QA are performed independently and verified against an approved plan.

Quick Start

Invoke the phased-implement skill to execute the approved plan for the current feature request by following the documented phase-by-phase implementation contract.

Frequently Asked Questions about phased-implement

High-intent search queries and answers about installing and using this skill.

FAQPage Schema

How do I prevent agentic drift during complex code execution?▼

To prevent agentic drift during complex code execution, apply a structured multi-phase orchestration process that enforces evidence-based, verifiable command output for every completion claim.

What is test-driven development verification in multi-phase orchestration?▼

Test-driven development verification in multi-phase orchestration is a rigorous process layer that mandates mechanical scans and conceptual self-checks to ensure code quality and maintainability before phase progression.

How do I execute approved software implementation plans through automated phases?▼

Execute approved software implementation plans by invoking a phased orchestration process that systematically applies test-driven development, independent quality assurance, and automated regression testing against the documented architectural intent.

Does evidence-based quality assurance work for complex multi-phase feature requests?▼

Evidence-based quality assurance works effectively for complex multi-phase feature requests by mandating fresh command output verification and structural checks, ensuring implementation and testing remain independent and strictly compliant.

When should I not use autonomous phased code execution?▼

Avoid using autonomous phased code execution for simple coding tasks that lack a formal approved plan, as the strict multi-stage verification and architectural intent compliance requirements introduce unnecessary orchestration overhead.
