What problem does it solve?
This skill helps teams automatically evaluate completed pipeline runs, identify performance gaps, and generate actionable improvement proposals for the plugin itself.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Read all pipeline artifacts (checkpoints, progress, alerts, reports) from the project root.
- Assess six performance dimensions (coverage, findings, completion, pipeline health, fix quality, and skill triggering) and produce a structured improvement plan.
- Write targeted improvement proposals to .claude/improvement-proposals.md and guide next steps for applying changes.
Quick Start
After a pipeline run finishes, invoke the retrospective to generate improvement proposals for the plugin.
