What problem does it solve?
Planitor needs a robust mechanism to run two independent strategic viewpoints (analytical and creative) and synthesize them into a single executable strategy for business projects.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Independent dual-LLM judges generate STRATEGY-A.json and STRATEGY-B.json from inputs (GROUND-TRUTH.json, MARKET-ANALYSIS.json, FINANCIALS.json, BRIEF.json).
- Synthesis by Planitor outputs a unified STRATEGY.json containing mission, vision, value proposition, business model, pricing, GTM, plan, timeline, and risks.
- Use Case: Rapidly compare two strategic paradigms and produce a cohesive plan for investor-ready strategy.
Quick Start
Run both judges in parallel on the current project inputs to produce STRATEGY-A.json and STRATEGY-B.json, then synthesize them into STRATEGY.json.
