This skill orchestrates the Discover phase of Hypo-Workflow planning, enabling requirement clarification, constraint gathering, and repository context analysis to kick off a cycle with auditable decisions.

• Guided P1 Discover workflow that collects mission-critical questions (task category, desired outcomes, validation methods) and captures acceptance criteria for a cycle.
• Supports Batch Discover to evaluate multiple Feature candidates in one interactive session, while preserving the same gating and auditing standards.
• Handles context injection from audits, patches, deferred work, and explorations to inform planning and risk assessment.
• Produces structured artifacts used by subsequent phases (plans, milestones, and reports) and enforces worker-separation considerations during planning.

Quick Start

Initiate a new discovery cycle by answering the initial questions and then start the plan phase with /hw:plan
