It strengthens an existing implementation plan using explicit risk triggers, reinforced protected invariants, and a structured plan hardening record. It is designed for cases involving API/schema/contract changes, security-sensitive behavior, migrations and backfills, external integrations, partial rollouts, and elevated runtime or rollback risk. It also integrates optional capability-pack instruction sets to improve consistency in approval boundaries, search for prior patterns, and strict safety classification of risky actions.

Quick Start

Use the plan-harden skill by pointing it at your plan file at docs/plans/ and asking it to update it with a Plan Hardening section based on identified risk triggers and required guardrails.
