Helps speakers and teams turn audience profiles and a one-line theme into a clear, MECE-checked presentation mindmap so talks are coherent, memorable, and actionable. It prevents ad-hoc slide authoring by enforcing chain-of-thought reasoning, structured options, and validation before content is written.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Structured option generation: Produces 2-3 substantially different narrative/structure proposals (e.g., one-wave-three-fold, problem-chain, three-layer progression) for selection.
• CoT reasoning and MECE validation: Explicit chain-of-thought analysis (core contradiction, fold logic, anti-intuition judgments) followed by automated MECE checks and suggested fixes.
• Project integration & output: Reads ppt-hours metadata when available, interacts to collect missing inputs, and writes a markdown mindmap file (~/.pptdog/projects/<slug>/mindmap.md) ready for slide building.
• Use cases: Conference talks, manager reports, training sessions, investor pitches, lightning talks; scenarios where narrative progression and audience fit are critical.
