What problem does it solve?

This Skill turns raw ideas into a rigorous, validated Product Requirements Document (PRD) by conducting requirements sparring, enforcing explicit validation gates across eight dimensions, and producing a complete PRD output ready for downstream planning.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Requirements sparring: challenges each major requirement or assumption with probing questions to reduce ambiguity and false agreement.
• 14-section PRD drafting: creates a full PRD using the repository’s 14-section template and writes the draft to plan/prd.md.
• 8-dimension PRD validation gates: scores the PRD against eight validation dimensions, asks targeted follow-up questions, iterates until all dimensions reach “high”, and documents risk acknowledgments when users override gates.
• Output contract: produces the final validated PRD at plan/prd.md and supports incremental updates by re-validating the entire PRD.
