  • Urgent Discord escalation: Triggers a high-priority alert to surface the issue today, not later.
  • Founder context briefing: Gathers the client’s identity and relevant history (what they purchased, when, and what they’re reporting) and produces a concise brief plus a recommended response approach.
  • Approval-gated response drafting: Prevents auto-responses and blocks sending any reply until the founder reviews; supports drafting through DEX only when instructed while avoiding liability admissions and unapproved refunds.

Quick Start
