What problem does it solve?
Translates challenge-session context into concrete, measurable product objectives (OKRs) and generates an OBJECTIVES.md to guide decision-making, alignment, and prioritization across the team.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Reads CHALLENGES.md and prior context to surface the primary objective for the period.
- Asks 2-3 clarifying questions via separate prompts to define time horizon, top goals, and constraints.
- Generates .nanopm/OBJECTIVES.md with up to 3 objectives and measurable key results, then saves context for downstream skills (pm-strategy) and prompts plan regeneration.
- Saves and references prior context to maintain continuity across sessions.
