When you have multiple product requirements competing for limited resources, this Skill helps you objectively rank them so you can decide what to do first and avoid wasting time on low-value work.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Priority modeling: Choose a ranking approach such as RICE (recommended), KANO, MoSCoW, or custom weights based on your team’s decision style.
• Per-requirement scoring: For RICE, collect Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Effort and compute a consistent score; for KANO/MoSCoW, classify satisfaction/value or necessity level.
• Actionable outputs: Generates a priority report with P0/P1/P2/P3 grouping plus a clear explanation of the scoring basis and suggested next steps.
