What problem does it solve?
Defines why the company exists and where it's going, producing a coherent VISION-MISSION.md that anchors downstream strategy and execution.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Generates or refines a Vision & Mission document by reverse-engineering artifacts (repo content, public site, and cross-doc context) or interviewing the user when necessary.
- Supports two modes: Refine (existing VISION-MISSION.md is sharpened) and Create (drafts from evidence when none exists), plus a greenfield interview path if no data exists.
- Writes the target doc to .nanopm/VISION-MISSION.md and creates a companion reasoning file explaining how conclusions were reached.
