What problem does it solve?
This Skill compiles Lark VC meetings and Lark Minutes into structured, decision-ready summaries so teams can quickly understand customer insights without manually collecting notes and transcripts.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Time-window meeting compilation: Automatically discovers meetings within a specified period (default yesterday 00:00 to now) across both VC history and Minutes, then processes them end-to-end.
- 10-dimension insight extraction: Extracts meeting purpose, decisions, customer feedback, feature asks, technical issues, business progress, competitor signals, risk signals, follow-ups, and key attendees.
- Knowledge-base writing with dedup/aggregation: Saves outputs to the local wiki and delegates Lark wiki writes to the polym-sa-wiki workflow, including cross-meeting customer aggregation.
