SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

It identifies which portfolio companies are truly ready for AI-driven quick wins and ranks the highest-leverage opportunities so operating-partner time goes to the best next deployment.

Core Features & Use Cases

Portfolio-wide AI readiness scanning: Ingests quarterly updates and financials across multiple companies and extracts sector, operational signals, and existing AI/automation initiatives.
Per-company gatekeeping: Applies three go/wait checks (data availability, clear ownership, and a 30-day pilot path) to avoid dead-end proposals.
Cross-portfolio ranking with replay logic: Stacks opportunities into a single prioritized action list ranked by annualized EBITDA impact, speed to value, and probability, then finds repeatable plays across similar portcos.

Quick Start

Provide or connect your portfolio materials for a quarter (decks, financials, and board packs), and ask the AI to produce a one-page operating-partner review with the ranked Top 5 opportunities plus go/wait by company and the best multi-company replays.
