- Asset Selection & Verification: Choose icons, images, SVGs, diagrams, or infographics only when they improve comprehension, and confirm local path, source, usage rights, and alt text before placement.
- Placement Rules: Apply explicit inch bounding boxes, aspect-ratio preservation, deliberate z-index ordering, and captions placed beside images rather than over them.
- Editability Safeguards: Reject raster images wrapped in SVG, and recreate essential labels, legends, values, and process steps as native PowerPoint objects.
