- Exec summary from your latest close: Pulls cash, burn, runway, monthly/annual revenue, gross margin, headcount, and top variance drivers into a one-page overview.
- Full financial statements + SaaS KPI layer: Includes P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, plus SaaS-specific metrics like revenue waterfall, NRR, and (when possible) CAC payback.
- Cohort retention + runway sensitivity: Adds cohort retention when you have enough contract history and appends runway sensitivity notes, producing drafts only and optionally mirroring to Google Docs.
