FAQPage Schema

How do I rank backlog items using RICE or WSJF frameworks?▼

You can rank backlog items by providing a list of features to prioritize. The system auto-detects the appropriate framework, such as RICE or WSJF, from your context and outputs a structured scoring table.

What is the best way to perform a trade-off analysis for product features?▼

To perform a trade-off analysis, input your initiatives and request an opportunity assessment. The system evaluates items using frameworks like Value/Effort or Kano to generate a gap analysis supporting scope cut decisions.

Can I use MoSCoW prioritization for scope cutting and stack ranking?▼

Yes, MoSCoW is supported for scope cutting and stack ranking. The system processes your feature list to categorize and rank items, outputting a prioritized list to inform your product decisions.

How does weighted scoring work for opportunity assessment?▼

Weighted scoring for opportunity assessment evaluates features against custom criteria derived from your context. It calculates scores to generate a ranked list, helping you compare initiatives objectively.

Do I need to manually select a prioritization framework for my backlog?▼

You do not need to manually select a framework. The system auto-detects the right prioritization model, including ICE, Kano, or others, based on the context of the features and backlog items you provide.
