How do I centralize product marketing context to avoid repeating positioning across campaigns?▼

Maintaining consistent product messaging involves defining your target audience, ICP, and value propositions once in a centralized context document. This prevents redundant work and ensures other marketing skills reference the same foundational information.

How do I auto-draft a product marketing context document from my codebase?▼

You can auto-draft a product marketing context document by applying the skill at project start. It scans your repo and marketing materials to generate a complete context file, prompting you for any missing sections like ICP or value propositions before saving.

The best way to maintain ICP and target segments is updating the central product marketing context document during project updates. This allows you to capture missing sections and propagate changes to dependent marketing skills automatically.

Can I start a product marketing context document from scratch if I have no existing materials?▼
