SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

长时间运行的多阶段任务常缺乏进度可视性，导致不确定性和延误。

Core Features & Use Cases

阶段边界汇报：在多阶段任务中按阶段输出进度。
可选进度百分比与阶段标签：传达准确的状态信息。
与后台代理心跳结合：在不打断工作的前提下持续投递更新。

Quick Start

请指示系统在进行中的多阶段任务中报告当前阶段的进度。

FAQPage Schema

How do I track progress for long-running multi-phase tasks asynchronously?▼

Asynchronous progress reporting for long-running tasks enables mid-task visibility by enforcing structured inputs like summary, optional percent, and phase fields to deliver non-blocking, traceable updates.

When do I need asynchronous progress reporting for task management?▼

You need asynchronous progress reporting when multi-phase tasks lack visibility, causing uncertainty. It provides mid-task updates at phase boundaries without interrupting the background agent workflow.

How to report task progress without blocking the agent fleet workflow?▼

To report task progress without blocking the agent fleet, use asynchronous updates with structured summary, percent, and phase fields. This ensures traceable delivery to appropriate channels while continuing the task.

Can I include custom phase labels and percent completion in progress updates?▼

Yes, you can include optional phase labels and percent completion values in progress updates. The skill supports these structured inputs to convey accurate state information during multi-phase task execution.

What is the best way to structure mid-task progress updates for a background agent?▼

The best way to structure mid-task progress updates is using enforced inputs containing a summary, optional percent, and phase fields. This maintains non-blocking delivery while ensuring traceable progress across multi-phase tasks.

Does progress reporting work with continuous background agent heartbeats?▼

Yes, progress reporting works with background agent heartbeats to continuously deliver updates without interrupting work. It supports asynchronous reporting at phase boundaries during long-running tasks.
