What problem does it solve?

This skill orchestrates the Begin Intention phase of ProjectSpecFactory by guiding an interactive interview via the project-pm agent to capture and refine the project goals, delivering docs/specs/project/project-intent.md in a single session.

Core Features & Use Cases

• Interview-driven intent capture: conducts a focused, guided session to elicit the project goal, stakeholders, constraints and success criteria.
• WIP awareness and flow control: checks for existing in-progress intents and offers overwrite or retake options to prevent conflicts.
• Template-driven output: uses assets/project-intent-template.md to structure the final document and fills it with captured data.
• Single-session generation: completes both phases (Capture and Refinement) in one interaction, writing docs/specs/project/project-intent.md.
