Project induction turns vague project intent into a clear, operator-aligned starting contract by capturing context, constraints, and success criteria in a consistent format.
Core Features & Use Cases
- Guided induction interview: Collects project name, type, stack, rules, integrations, KPIs, and optional PHI/financial scope to drive downstream artifacts.
- Bootstrap spec generation: Creates a charter document with acceptance criteria for the bootstrap phase so teams share the same “definition of done” early.
- Project agent contract generation: Writes a project-level AGENTS.md with rules derived from the interview, including PHI skill inclusion and a deferred financial compliance guidance block when needed.
- Plane epic + initial tasks: Creates a Plane epic and five bootstrap tasks (unless skipped) to kick off CI/tests/skeleton/docs work in the right order.
Quick Start
Run walter-os new project webapp my-catalog and answer the induction questions to generate the bootstrap spec, AGENTS.md, and the initial Plane epic.
