SYSTEM DOCUMENTATION & REQUIREMENTS

What problem does it solve?

The Project Lead orchestrates a 21-agent autonomous development team, ensuring disciplined handoffs, gate-controlled progress, and integrated ship reporting to deliver complex software products.

Core Features & Use Cases

Orchestrates 21 specialists through 6 phased gates with defined deliverables and quality gates.
Manages the Bug Loop escalation process and conflict resolution across agents.
Compiles the final Ship Report and maintains decisions/docs throughout the project lifecycle.
Enforces governance, traceability, and phase sign-offs to minimize rework and drift.

Quick Start

Provide the project context and human goal, then initiate Phase 1 by dispatching the Market Researcher and UX Auditor.

FAQPage Schema

How do I coordinate multiple agents for end-to-end software product development?▼

Multi-agent orchestration coordinates 21 autonomous specialists across research, design, build, verify, legal, and ship phases. It enforces gate-controlled progress and standardized deliverables to ship complex software products.

What is a gate-controlled process in autonomous software development?▼

A gate-controlled process enforces phase sign-offs and quality criteria before downstream agents begin. It manages Bug Loop escalations and conflict resolution to minimize rework and drift across multi-agent teams.

How do I start a multi-agent project for complex software delivery?▼

Initiate Phase 1 by providing project context and human goals, then dispatch the Market Researcher and UX Auditor. The system then orchestrates 21 specialists through 6 phased gates with defined deliverables.

Does multi-agent project management handle bug escalation and conflict resolution?▼

Yes, it manages the Bug Loop escalation process and handles conflict resolution across the 21 agents. This enforces governance and traceability throughout the entire project lifecycle.

How are decisions and artifacts tracked during multi-agent software delivery?▼

Decisions are logged in docs/decisions.md throughout the project lifecycle to maintain traceability. The system compiles a final Ship Report and manages artifact governance across all phases.

When should I use a 21-agent orchestration system over standard project management?▼

Use 21-agent orchestration for end-to-end product initiatives requiring disciplined handoffs across research, design, build, verify, legal, and ship phases. It is designed for complex software products needing integrated ship reporting.
