What problem does it solve?

This skill solves the bottleneck of managing owner interactions, request intake, and work-order routing without disrupting the deep-work continuity of the Project Steward.

Core Features & Use Cases

Immediate Interaction: Provides a dedicated front desk for answering project questions and capturing owner requests in real-time.
Work-Order Orchestration: Converts raw owner input into structured work orders and routes them to the appropriate project roles.
Use Case: When an owner asks for a status update or requests a new feature, the Liaison captures the request, creates a work order, and notifies the relevant team without requiring the Project Steward to pause their strategic synthesis.

Quick Start

FAQPage Schema

How do I manage project communication and work-order routing without interrupting deep work?▼

A dedicated liaison interface handles owner intake and routes work orders, preventing owner interactions from disrupting the Project Steward's deep-work continuity. It acts as a project-local front desk for fast interaction.

How do I convert raw owner input into structured work orders for a project team?▼

Raw owner input is converted into structured work orders by capturing real-time requests through a liaison interface. The interface then routes these work orders to the appropriate project roles, notifying the relevant team without pausing strategic project stewardship.

What is the best way to handle owner-facing project intake and Q&A in real-time?▼

Real-time owner-facing intake and Q&A are handled through a project-local liaison interface providing immediate interaction. It answers project questions and captures requests while maintaining strict separation from strategic stewardship.

Do I need project-specific work-order queues to use a liaison interface for task orchestration?▼

Yes, project-specific work-order queues are required for task orchestration via the liaison interface. The interface requires integration with these queues and adherence to defined GAS terminology and communication standards.

When should I not use a front desk liaison for project management?▼

A front desk liaison should not be used for strategic project stewardship or deep-work synthesis. It is designed strictly for real-time communication, intake, and task routing, maintaining strict separation from strategic management functions.
