This skill automatically discovers strategy artifacts and renders a reproducible five-dimension snapshot to guide planning, alignment, and decision-making.

Core Features & Use Cases

Auto-discovery of strategy documents via explicit config or smart fallback search.
Five-dimension snapshot (vision, roadmap, bottlenecks, related work gaps, next steps) for quick situational awareness.
Read-only analysis that helps teams prepare for meetings, strategy reviews, and milestone checks without modifying source materials.
Use Case: Before a project kickoff or governance meeting, run this skill to generate a panoramic snapshot and surface gaps to address.

Quick Start

FAQPage Schema

How do I generate a project strategy snapshot from existing documentation?▼

To generate a strategy snapshot, trigger the skill to auto-discover project strategy documents like vision and roadmap files. It performs a read-only five-dimension analysis and outputs a terminal snapshot without altering any source materials.

Can I run a project status review without modifying my strategy docs?▼

Yes, project status review can be run strictly read-only. The skill auto-discovers strategy artifacts like notes and decisions, performs analysis, and renders a terminal snapshot without modifying or altering the original documents.

What is the best way to prepare for a milestone alignment check?▼

The best way to prepare for a milestone alignment check is to run a five-dimension analysis on your strategy artifacts. This surfaces vision, roadmap, bottlenecks, related work gaps, and next steps for quick situational awareness before governance meetings.

Does the project review skill require explicit configuration to find strategy artifacts?▼

No, explicit configuration is not required to find strategy artifacts. The skill supports auto-discovery via a smart fallback search mechanism that locates vision, roadmap, decisions, and notes files automatically across your project.

What limitations exist when analyzing strategy docs for a direction check?▼

A key limitation is that the analysis is strictly read-only and outputs a terminal snapshot only. It does not alter documents, meaning you must manually update source strategy artifacts after identifying bottlenecks and related work gaps.

How does auto-discovery work for project roadmap and vision documents?▼

Auto-discovery works by first checking for explicit config paths, then falling back to a smart search to locate project strategy documents. It identifies vision, roadmap, decisions, and notes files to consolidate them into a reproducible overview.
